Refund policy

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. Simply call our customer service dept. or email contact@novaslabs.com to receive a return authorization number (RAN) and ship the remaining portion or empty bottle with proof of purchase, and the funds will be refunded by the method used to purchase product initially LESS SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES. Cash and money order paid orders will be refunded via company check. Promotional and discounted items are generally not refundable or exchangeable under normal conditions. See details for each promotional product. We believe we can always make you happy, even when things don’t work perfectly the first time.


Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Wellphora! We want to ensure that you get your order fast and without any issues, so this is how we operate our shipping department.

Delivery Times:
Delivery times are 2-7 business days based on the region of the country.

Order Availability:
Our online store is open 24/7, so you can shop anytime. Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (Arizona Time) to help with any questions by phone, or email.

Shipping Schedule:
Online orders will ship out Monday to Friday, during business hours.

We don't ship on major holidays.

If you order before 2 PM Arizona Time, we'll ship it the same day. Orders after that get shipped the next business day.

Delivery Requirements:
No signature or ID is needed when your package is delivered. Orders normally fit in a standard home mailbox.

Communication and Tracking:
We make sure to keep you in the loop. You'll get email updates at these key points:

Order Confirmation: We got your order.

Order Shipped: Your order is on its way.

If you're not getting these emails, please reach out to us by email (contact@novaslabs.com) so we can check on your order!

Stay Informed

Make sure to double-check your confirmation email to see if your shipping address is right. If we send it to the wrong place, it may not arrive and could incur additional shipping expenses if the package is returned to sender.

Keep an eye on your order by tracking it. You'll get the tracking info when we tell you your order has shipped.

If your tracking hasn't changed in 3 or more business days, please send us an email.

If your order is taking a bit longer than expected but the tracking shows it's still moving, it's on its way. Once we've sent it out, we can't speed it up.

If your order says it's been delivered but you didn't get it, or if it just doesn't show up, email us so we can help you out.
